Equivalent to 2sk982-2sj148, which are the transistors that are still in production?

60V 0.2A ~1ohm switching MOSFETs - there's probably plenty for n-channel, less for p-channel, and a lot will be SMT though, not sure about TO92 - time for parametric search.

I presume this is in a switching circuit?

2SK1062/2SJ168 are K982/J148 in SMD packages.
K1062 are available at Mouser.
J168 are hard to find though.

2sk982 and 2SJ148 are small signal Mosfets in TO92 package ( used in Borbely Kits ) i also received the same from Borbely 12 years back when i bought few Amplfier/Pre Amplifier Kits. I can spare couple of pairs but not cheap as I paid a sum to Borbely at that time. 2SK1062 /J168 are Power Mosfet not small signal ones

2SK1062/2SJ168 are definitely small signal MOSFETs.
The numbers can be confusing with K1058/J162 Power MoSFETs.
