For the record, I have finally managed to get another set of vfets, this time only two pairs, and I am selling them to @volpar at cost, no profit.
They tested good. From now on I will ship by DHL only.
Thanks,
Alex

@volpar , you have received the package, right?
Hope you find a very good tech to work on your vfet amp. Many technicians don't know how to work on vfet amps, I recommend finding one that has experience.
@nautibuoy I do have one more pair of 2SK60. Let me check them (basic diode and Rds tests), I will get back to you.

In case anyone is wondering what the defect is... it's complicated. It actually works ok, BUT, I'm not comfortable selling that one because it's the only one that reads 60K ohms if you put an ohmmeter: red to the gate, black to the source. In the real world, the part will never see positive Vgs (hopefully), BUT, all the other parts give a much higher resistance reading, so I call this one flawed.
@nautibuoy There is a remark about this pair of vfets, please read the above (which I wrote back when I tested them all).
I thought about it, I don't think it will be a problem. The vfet will never be subject to positive Vgs. Maybe someone more knowledgeable/experienced can give a definitive answer.
