2sk3320 or 2sk2145 replacement for 2sk389?

I was looking over the schematic for a Marantz CD63 CD player and notice Marantz uses Toshiba 2sk3320's in this implementation of their HDAM buffer.

The 2sk3320 and 2sj2145 both seem like a good low noise replacements for the 2sk389. Am I off base here? What are some other opinions.

there may be some circumstances where these might be useful.
for my applications, i like to have access to the sources individually
too bad there is no p complement.

Thanks for the link!

Though transconductance is not so bad, these guys have only half of the power dissipation of the K389 (notice the rating of the 2sk3320 is for total power dissipation!). That together with the common sources limit their use a bit.
