These are all different devices.
K246 / 117 are 50V, the latter has a lot more transconductance.
K373 is a 100V device.

What is the application ? Why GR grade specifically ?

Thanks for the info!

Basically need k246 for the diy T2 es headphone amp, essentially running as a ~300uA CCS on ~12V supply. Looking at datasheet plot under low voltage k373 should work too, k117 maybe need to change some resistor value.

There are probably other in production jeft can do the job, quickly looked on mouser and either different pinout or SMD, thought I wanna try my luck here first

You will not like prices of obsolete devices.
