The pinout from the 2SK170 - SJ74 is different too the 2SK246 SJ103. Turn them 180deg 🙂
hi
yes i know The pinout from the 2SK170 - SJ74 is different
you can leave resistors as they are now , and choose better solution - put 2SJ and 2SK matched triplets , instead of originals
it will compensate both low Idss and smaller xconductance issues

Hi
About the resistor change to 4R7:
When I bias to 1A in the 2sk103 the 2sk246 rise to 0.9A.
With the 2sk170&j74 the current is same always ! And very easy to bias.
About the parallel 2SJ and 2SK:
Yes it increase the current, but I have no match pair. Its ok?
I think that I order 2 pair of 2sk170&j74, they are expensive, after burn 5 pairs
The 2sk103&246 very chip.
Thanks all

sorry
"When I bias to 1A in the 2sk103 the 2sk246 rise to 0.9A." == the current is in the output stage
Anyway
The 3 parallel transistor works better 🙂 I have 1A in both stage, with DC offset 0V.
Thanks ZM for help people to make there dreams 🙂
