2SD555 + 2SB600 data help!!

I have a few of these NEC transistors out of an old Crest 4000 which I am selling. I have seven 600/555 complementary pairs, and four extra 555's. These have all been tested and do work. I also have the heatsink block and power transformer, which are quite substantial.
