i was asking if 2SC5200 and 2SC1943 can handle my 25 volt split power supply
its for my amplifier i'm going to buy soon for $10 or (501 Philippine Pesos)
and i have a 20v~0~20v transformer peaked at +25v 0 -25v non regulated
the transformer has 2 secondaries (1 secondary that is center tapped)
Power supply - +25v 0 -25v 3 amperes
Amplifier - 2SC5200+2SC1943 100-150 watts @ 4 Ohms
Speaker - 2x Konzert SG-6W 150-200 watts @ 8 Ohm
i was gonna parallel the speaker for 4 Ohm Load when i bought the amplifier

Those transistors are often run on +/- 70 volt. No problem with measly +/-25.
However, you should use voltage specified by the particular circuit you are getting.

here is couple of examples of amplifiers based on C5200 and A1943, running on +/-70 and +/-80 volts, multiple parallel outputs, and bridged amps up to 2000 watts

2x20VAC can be up to +-30V depending on the transformer.

At +-30V you have about 5A max. continuous current which is fine even into 4Ohm loads for a single output pair.
At +-70V the transistors only have about 1A max. continuous current so you are looking into paralleling many many pairs for 4Ohms load or better yet choose other transistors with higher SOA.

At +/-25 volt supply, almost any audio output tranny bigger than a TIP41 can be used. Even fake C5200’s will usually survive. Maybe 40 to 50 watts at 4 ohms, depending on transformer regulation.
Full output swing depends on the amplifier also but at +-25V I´d expect about 35W into 8Ohms at least. (~21.5Vp output swing)
I personally wouldn´t use the 3rd schematic shown by adason.
Not into 4Ohms at full swing. The transistors will be well past their SOA.
They might survive with the right music and a little bit of luck though ;-)

Interesting thing about that circuit is that feedback is not taken from the output stage, but the drivers. I like it. I am working on classA output buffer based on c5200/a1943. Works great, i am just waiting for bigger heatsink to scale it up with three pairs on output.
A 20-0-20 3 amp transformer won’t have any trouble powering an amplifier with a 4 ohm load. Expect about 48 watts out In The Real World. About 70 watts of power draw, and 116 VA from the transformer. That assumes a continuous sine wave load. Music draws about 1/2 of that, even when turned up to gross distortion.
The Pinkmouse Krell KSA-50 clone I built had three pairs 5200/1943 each channel on +/-34v rails. Works great!
I built buffer with 3 pairs of C5200/A1943, biased ~0.4A each, using standard FW power supply +/-23V. Sounds awesome so far. I need to build box for it. Plan is to use it with tube pre. No feedback.
