2sc1318 transistor source or equivalent?

I've got to replace two 2sc1318 transistors.... anybody have a good source? It'd be sweet if i could just pick them up at radio shack, but i'm thinking that's probably asking a bit much.

I also need a 1S2473 diode and a SIB01-01 diode. Thanks!
