Depending on what its used for, you may be able to use a generic replacement such as a NTE234 - PNP Transistor

i tried nte234 but it didn.t solve the problem.it's a pre driver at an accuphase amp and it.s clipping at low volume.

if the modern replacement has too much gain you can put a resistor between base and emitter.
