wondering if i can use a 2n6488 in place of a bd911?? and also can i use a 2sc5359 or a 2sa1943 in place of a 2sa1987? any help would greatly be appericated
The BD911 is rated for more voltage. The 6488 is only rated for 80v.
MCM has the 2sa1987 in stock.
It's almost always best to use exact replacements. It saves a lot of time troubleshooting strange problems (caused by the subbed part).
