I want to try to layout this yamaha amp but i have notice that tha trnasistor Q101 is 2SA1240 witch is coupled trnasistors thanks

You can probably use 2 well matched transistors and thermally couple them with a metal clip, if you cannot find a suitable dual packaged transistor.
