so the front baffles are located 40" from side walls, and 35" from rear walls. The speakers are 70" apart. port is on the front of the baffle.
That is a medium distance out from the back wall and fairly close to the side walls. How bg is the room?

the speakers are are along a 13' wall and point down a 25' long room.

Fairly large volume wise, dimensions unfortunately close to integer multiples, lenght ~2x width, 3 x height (assming an 8” ceiling.
Depending on holes (doors, windows, perhaps squishy walls) you may have significant bumps and holes in the room response.

That is a sit in the listening spot and move things around and see how they sound. There are too many unkown factors to make any suggestions.
The potential for specific room resonaces remains the same, moving the speakers around will affect how much they are excited.
