I can't find the spice model for this transistor so I was wondering if there are any similar or equivalent transistors. I have done some research but no success 😡
It's a NPN Darlington transistor so I'm even wondering if I could just put two transistors together to get similar characteristics.

Anyone?

Use MPSA14 spice model, it's almost the same transistor.

Thank you so much! 🙂
I'm also looking for this stabistor-- STB-568.
This old post states that she used a 1N914 in "her" case. I was wondering in what cases I could use it as a replacement and in what cases I couldn't?

[Btw I'm trying to build a power amplifier]

If STB-568 is used for bias/thermal compensation of an amplifier output stage, you can use 2 or more 1N914/1N4148/1N4448 wired in series for required bias, or just use bjt voltage multiplier (1 bjt transistor + 2 resistors).
