pwm stage is nothing but a microcontroller and various bits and pieces. No schematich for output stage either, but there is not too many possible configurations to make buck-converter(step-down) from mosfet, schottky and capacitor. Its your task to fiqure it out 😉

Heavily modified farm-tractor starter motors, local "junkjard" findings. Biggest trouble was to modify them to use ball bearings.

And transformers for the buck? I see only a heat sink and some caps....
