Hi Dave - Yes the analyzer is up and running. I could do a presentation on my experience writing software (Matlab) for the thing. (at our get together, not after lunch). Need a projector though. I find the potential for creating a poor-man's Audio Precision hard to resist.

I got as far as the "added a sub" line and started laughing. It was really good sound before a sub.

Hi Pierre, hoping to not change anyone's plans and will attend whatever you guys decide if I'm in town (that's why 16th-17 is up in the air for me), but yes this Sunday I'm available till ~1:30 PM only (but could still attend a lunch anywhere etc)
We are all very collegial... Time for a decision though.

D- coffee and bagel etc chez Pierre.

Hi, If D ends up the preferred choice, I would certainly like to go. Also over for the event, I have a nice EL 84 set amp that I build this fall.

Looking forward to hearing more about your EL84. One of the most musical amps I ever heard was an Audio Note EL84. the 3Dness blows my mind away every time I hear it.
