A snap in tv tuner? That will be a nice option. LOL about the lens cap tho. Make me feel like halloween.
I don't think the tv tuner is included. Also the internal scaling is not very good---I find I get a far better picture when I hook it up to my computer and use a software dvd player.

yeah great projector although the specs are abit out of date now, that in mind id still buy it for $405 i think its a steal great for dvd's

800x600 is not great--but unless you are watching HDTV anything more is not need. It is DLP so screendoor is not much of an issue compared to LCD.

yeah thats it shame its not 1024x768 perfect for pc gaming although 800x600 is ok for pc 1024x768 is way better and u can fit more on the screen, there is no hdtv here so i dont care about that and realy that thing is perfect for dvd for $405 i wouldnt complain i think its a great buy, ok a question for ya mike, with lcd screen door, with dlp do u get any efect like any artifacts?

Well the screen door is not very noticable at all. The main draw back of DLP is 'rainbows' which results from the color wheel. The problem varies from projector to projector and most people's eyes can detect them at all. They look like a red/green/blue smudge that appears on part of the picture esp when you turn you head. I have not had a problem with them---it depends on your eyes.
