I will make a slim speaker with six identical 5 1/4» midwoofers.
It will be MTM on top. The question is 2,5 or 3 way?
If it will be 3 way i assume serial-paralell wiring og the 4 woofer drivers is best?
But if i choose 2,5 way, how should i wire the woofers then? Could it also be an idea to shade pairs of woofers with different lowpass?

There are pros and cons with every choice. The 2.5-way eliminates a series cap to the mids, but can have more excursion and lower power handling. A 3-way includes a series cap, but typically offers higher power handling, lower excursion. Which is best will depend on your objectives, the parameters of the particular drivers, and your design/execution.
Years ago, I opted for a 2-way (no series cap) in a separate aperiodic chamber (Fb ~ 80hz), mated to a separate woofer in a TL (active low pass @ 80hz), which allowed me to bi-amp with tubes up top, and SS amp to the woofers, which resulted in the best of both worlds IMO....outstanding clarity, tight powerful bass that doesn't muddy the vocals. YMMV.

Isn't the difference here between a 2.5-way and a 3-way in whether or not you high pass the top 2 midwoofers?
3way will have the advantage. Top mtm will not see any low frequencies, which should keep mids cleaner. It you load midranges with mids and bass at the same time, you need to expect higher distortion with more excursion of the drivers.
A complex question. Normally the configuration flows from what you want them to do.. but here you've started with the configuration and are trying to find a purpose for them.
You mention shading. Calculating effective shading is ordinarily more complex than devising an overall directivity plan, so the latter is a potential starting point.

If i use 3 x 8 Ohm midwoofers. How do i wire them if i want this kind of 2,5 way?
Let us say that the baffle is 7.5 inches wide which give 600 Hz baffle step
Should i wire the two lower woofers in serie? And the lower pair with the upper woofer in paralell? It will give 8 Ohm + 16 Ohm / 2 = 12 Ohm?
And the two lower woofers gets an inductor around 600 Hz (or one inductor pr driver?)
At last, what about the inside of the enclosure? Should the drivers have separate chambers?
Could it f ex be an idea to have the upper woofer in a closed box and the two other in reflex?
