I have 18sound 15mb700 and bms 4538 (compression driver) which i would like to use , can anyone kindly help me with a enclosure for these drivers

The FD-250 has jumpers for HF attenuation and horn EQ. You'll have to experiment a bit after making the enclosure.
Mine are working with the largest attenuation and sound fine.

I've came across the following attached pic
I was just wondering if this design would be fine/work with my bms compression, I can just adjust section to fit my bms with horn
as for crossover it has jumper settings like you say I will have to mess around with them
