You're going to have to be more specific as to the size/shape of the driver pod plus if sealed as indicated, then can't use a 40 Hz flare frequency since it will be quite long compared to 40 Hz TQWT tuning.
Woofer size is 18cm. Define n*Sd needed. We can add second tunel like B&W Emphasis. Cabinet can be ported TL.
OK, pretty busy with 'life' ATM, but will try some offset driver ones. In the meantime, you could reshape the 'bell' of this HR end loaded, vented TQWT sim to ~round at the mouth per your sketch if it meets your needs.

Yes, as well has the 'bump' at tuning. Since you're ready to do something, give me a few days to fine tune it a bit and do an offset driver version that will reduce the amount of stuffing required.

I'm building for my father and like idea of B&W Emphasis but with waveguide. For this project I use smooth driver DFM-2535R00-08 and ATH waveguide.
