Eventhough both don't really have a comparable solution, putting another amp in would just be a waste of money imho. They are currently listed as active subs with needing an external dspnto do the processing. Have used them like that on most occasions, and did the job perfectly. Do have to run another XLR, but can bundle the paur together for ease of use.
Too bad OMB did not backed you up,I have given up on OMB for at least my specific DSP's. The noise I had was sometimes even that bad for PA purposes (for background music).
All cabs are currently for sale and after they are sold I wil start with the new project.
Wish I had recommended you sanway ,admark or CVR, they make plate amps.
What new project you have in mind
All of the above did not have what I was looking for. Either not enough power, no preset control without laptop etc.
New project will be a single 21" with the same outside volume as the current 18's. A bit higher tuning but more output capability.
Have good experience with the CVR class D 1he DSP amps, so thats what I am going for again.

Yeah thats not doable for my causes, something like a Litemod 4HC (which only is enough for one single 18" sub) would cost around 1100 euros per piece with the heatsink and DSP. Ofcourse, you get a nicer DSP etc. But that's out of my price range.
Driving modern speaker without limiter (more so with advanced one) is not that optimal, leaving quite some performance on the table.
Why do you need DSP? A basic bass boast and highpass filter should do it.
I need:
-HPF
-LPF (variable)
-Some PEQ's (variable)
-Optional polarity flip
-Several stored presets
That only leaves me with a DSP...
€890 for the litemod 4+heatsink+ dsp incl taxYeah thats not doable for my causes, something like a Litemod 4HC (which only is enough for one single 18" sub) would cost around 1100 euros per piece with the heatsink and DSP. Ofcourse, you get a nicer DSP etc. But that's out of my price range.
id prefer the 3004pfc2 for sub use
