320W into 16r requires an output voltage of 101Vpk into your load.
That will require supply rails >=+-110Vdc.
This will be quite a challenge to build and potentially lethal.
Take care.

An alternative would be to build a bridged amplifier for each speaker. This will requires two amp channels for each speaker and each rated at 160W into 8ohms. Very achievable. Note that the 160W amp can just use 63V capacitors if you use a 40-0,40-0 transformer. Whereas the 320W amp will require >=125V capacitors that will be very bulky and very expensive and very dangerous.
