Re: Re: Are they Plitron?
ILP has been around for thirty years or more. Future Electronics was selling ILP amplifier modules and toroids back in 1979 when I was in college.
I suspect it's the same company and at some point changed their name. Or they were using the Plitron name for the commercial end of the toroid business, and ILP for the diy market hobbyist market.
I don't know how long ago these transformers were made. Not that it really matters.

Digging around some online, it seems like Amplimo, ILP and Plitron are the same companies rising from each others ashes or something like that.

You are all welcome! If you build something you would like to share we love that stuff over at DIYaudioProjects.com. Just register and start a thread or if you just want to post it and not talk about it you can view the projects and get the idea of how they are written, write your own, and submit it.

Glad you are liking them man! People from Canada go nuts for these. For some reason they cant get them at anywhere near this price there. They are even willing to pay the, usually, 26-32 dollar shipping. But then again they usually want 4-6 of them.

Rahul,
Go to Uriah Dailey and order. I was going to close it this morning but go for it and then I will close down the sales for the toroids. Only 20 each now 🙂

Printed out all the instructions and ready to solder. Cant wait.
