I sometimes have to take off my silly 110dB party hat and realize that some people listen to SET tube stuff with single digit power.
The 15PR400 is a great driver when used in its best area of operation. I just wish it had more headroom being it can play low in a big vented box compared to other HE drivers and also have a nice flat midrange. I bet it could do well in a large BLH and have decent impulse response.

'Preaching to choir'! 😉 Indeed! It's specs, response is a near carbon copy of some Altec, etc., wide range woofers, so a 'drop in' and enjoy many of the pioneer's cabs as is, so hard to go wrong if wanting vintage spec performance.
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the info from Hornresp into the spreadsheets to determine how the enclosure would look like.
It works the other way around 🙂. The physical design is done in the spreadsheet and the results are then exported to Hornresp to see how well the proposed speaker performs when simulated. The design can continue to be tweaked in the spreadsheet and the simulation results checked, until an optimum result is achieved. For further details see the instructions at the bottom of the page GM linked to in Post #11.
