I've had 150 oh coil winding together with the core.
Ei33 - rm14 - computer smps transformers. None of them worked well. 150 uh which inductance value should I use?

It is a very important data, because the kind or type of core to be used depends on frequency. As a initial test, try the drum cores from (Mainly) PC CRT monitors, as they are open magnetic circuit with large air gap, it will not saturate.
I use them in my intra-PC class D audio amplifier.

the cores you are talking about will not be in my circuit. Rm14 air gap core. There was 3MM space. The magnetic flux is going to air and the coil is there when the wire is short circuit Mosfets - IR2110 is on fire
