This amp is in protect.I see DC pulse on the output terminal every time the amp tries to get out of protect repeatedly.Someone replace all the output on one side of
the sink trying to fix the problem before i got it.On the 494 pin 4 i see 4.81v.
Any idea where to start on this one?

Do you see a DC pulse on both of the large inductors near the center of the board?
Have you checked all of the output FETs?

I saw pluse of DC on both inductors.I pull all outputs and re install them one at a time.Amp did not go in protect again.I see square wave on all the outputs gates.Don't know how the problem went away. Can a leaky be the cause?
I just notice the relay engages and dis-engages twice before it gets out of protect.During that cycle DC pluse is on the outputs causing a pop noise in the speaker .when it finally settle i get good audio out.
What is the DC offset after it remains on?
Some amps like this take the DC offset protection after the relay (some kicker amps) and some take it from before the relay (JBL). If it's taken after the relay, the delay may be too short. If it takes it from before the relay, the delay won't make a difference.
