I'm generally not to impressed with claims of 200+ watts from a 12 VDC power source, but a hundred watts w/ less than 0.05 distortion (THD + N) is quite decent quality.

Several points:
The PSRR of this device is quite low, less than 60dB if using a 50hz/60hz supply, less than 30dB when using a switching supply.
Using a typical non-regulated supply found in audio amplifiers and not driving it into clipping and 10% THD, it will be more like 100W/8R.
It also is just the output stage, it must be driven from a DSP chip and a µP.
