I'll probably be making a visit this year, I think it's a 60/40 chance right now. Don't think I can bring camping gear though, so it'll have to be a day trip. Any chance of carpooling to/from Victoria? If not, I'll have to rent a car.
Hey Tony,
If you are coming, arrangements can be made.
Hanh says hi and is hoping married life is treating you well

You can always sleep on the floor …we have mattresses and quilts.

Say hi to Hanh from me! Hope all is well with you both.
Yup, married life is great, Michela just turned 2-1/2 last week and we are working on #2.

Thanks. Might take you up on that; having to drive kills the opportunity to drink and have fun.
Any chance you'd come this way on the 16th? I'll be in Calgary for a wedding on the 15th and plan to fly back. I could split the driving and retal with you but it's probably a long shot.

Thanks for offer but sorry it won't work for me.
Ryan - as Zia queried - what drivers in those enclosures? You probably told us on the first proto builds, but who can accurately remember all that stuff?
Gonna bring those down if you make it?

Whoops, sorry Zia, scanned right over your question. It's a scan speak 22w/8534G00 woofer and a SEOS10 waveguide (DNA-360 compression driver). Sealed cabinet. Does pretty good bass but the woofer really would prefer a large vented. I use subs though so I sealed it up.
I think I'll bring them down. They're pretty good and easy to transport. I'll have to remember speakon cables though, no binding posts on these.

We can just cut a hole in the back to get at the drivers. Better yet, we use a torch to burn through them

I had to look up 'reciprocating saw'. Never knew the 'real' name I guess.
What do you call it? They are called saws-all in the US, but recip-saw is the official Canadian slang -- you get wailed on here if you use the yankee term.
