I’ve manage do get some work done on the amp. Sheldon I hear you in regard to the space. Here’s a pic of my prototype, a modular approach with the centre devoted to the psu and the sides to the amplifier. Just got the filament transformer (2 x 2.5 V CT and 2 x 6.3V CT) and I’m having to redo the placement of the motor run caps.

I’m going to use the Tubecad approach to AC filament supply:
