It is intentional ... Just a small security measure. We like to look after our members as well as we look after the site.

it is called ip privacy. just lets you have a little more security that is all. : O ) well i dont care if some one has my ip try to get into my bsd box i dar ya. I warn ya now i cant stop what it will do when it does what it does. : O )
