Have you thought of just a pair of 12" bins with a single 18" for sub use? should give you the best of both worlds.
Go for Cubo's(the 15 with the Dayton driver being good on a budget). Being Tapped horns they don't need to 'couple' like traditional horn designs to increase effective horn mouth size to get low end. They work almost the same in singles as they do in a pile of 4. This way you can scale the size of your system for different gigs without losing 10hz of extension.
Only downside to cubo's is they are SUBS only and can;t be used much above 100hz due to tapped horn cancellations starting to appear. Make sure the next cab above(either kick bins or mid/highs depending on your setup) can be run hard down to at least 100hz.

OR , you can build Long BFM Autotuba loaded with 2 Dayton 10" woofers 4 ohm load per channel? I was thinking of adding a Horn Extension to even go lower like the Larry Levan Extension for the Bertha Sub but much much smaller. You can even just bolt the extension for knock down option will fit in a small car but I have not drawn or built one so I do not know how low you can go? Just a thought but the SS15 with the Emmy 3015LF is your best bet, me thinks!
Subs can be a problem.
I built a 18 inch sub but it needs a barrow to move it.
I naively bought in a 18 inch sub in the hope it would be lighter.
Can barely move it never mind lift it !
Castors can help or a barrow.
Otherwise it might mean downsizing to 15 inch subs.
Fane do a good range of 15 inch power subs.

For my mobile disco and guitar I use Fane 12-250TC's four off in 2 cabinets.
They are good full range speakers.
