Dave, is there a treatment recipe for dealing with a specific high spike such as this 7khz? I've (re-) read the EnABL threads; in fact yesterday cleaning up ancient backups I happened upon Bud's write-up on the F200A (best speaker he ever heard, after). Perhaps something easier and more targeted for making a deep notch (lIke 0.35mH || 1.4uF)?
If I played 7khz sine-wave and identified some critical area on the cone, where touching effected the most suppression, what then? Thanks.

There are some specific comments on tweaking the issues across all FE/FF Fostex. I have detailed it a number of times. Essentially the pretreatment before EnABL.
