Love is good, but the 2240H has a 30Hz Fs, and only 5.59mm Xmax.
In terms of displacement (low frequency output) to cost, not a great choice in this century.
And "big" is a relative term- the 4.5 cubic foot JBL B380 using the 2235H (8.3mm Xmax, 20Hz Fs) used around a +6dB boost around Fb to achieve it's "flat" response, the cabinet was sized to fit a 1983 sense of decorum.
It's big brother, the B460, was 8 cubic feet, using the 18" 2245H (9.65mm Xmax, 20Hz Fs) it could do another 4dB output.
About -6dB from what one could expect from current 18" that have twice the displacement.
