Looks nice! Your layout seems OK. I would mover the part designators (ie R1, R2....) from underneath the parts to the side of the part. This way they are ledgible after assembly. Why the jaggy red (top layer?) lines in the middle? Also I would route all the pot connections to one side for easier assembly. Rotate CON2 so wires exit to fewer sides
This is a cut-only EQ generally used in room eqalization. Personally, I prefer each third filter to go to a different op-amp for a different combining effect.
