Hi apex, thanks for reply. i replaced bias resistor R16 (1k) with 1.8k, R 17 (220) with
470 ohm and analysed AX14 circuit with spice. now all nodes showing proper Voltages
and currents. expecting your technical explanation. thanks again.

No need to change value of R16 and R17, just change value of variable resistor P1 (0-1k) to get about 2,2V on Vbe multiplayer Q10 (BD139),

R2 (22k) is not connect between two bases, it's connect to GND in series with R8 (560R),

No need to use more than single pair of mosfets (paralleling problems)
