100-200w D clasd subwoofer module, pcb recomendation

I will like to make speakers with active bass driver till max 200hz. Upper drivers will be driven from othet high quality amplifier. I have tried some 50w Tpa amplifier and bass driving is quite good. For other spectrum i like solid state or tubess better.
Any recomendation for mono module or pcb for 100-200w D class for sub. It must have level, cut off frequency and phase regulation. Or maybe amp board and control board separately.

TDA8954 will give you >300W 8R (BTL)

Use lower supply voltage for 200W limiting. (by clipping)

Filtering, etc separate board.

TDA8950 makes an ideal choice for subwoofer duty for about 300W ... current setup ... this is mine current using for a 12inch car subwoofer driver used at home ...

ya forgotten this amplifier is better to include a small fan for cooling ... seems like running a little too hot without a fan ... this amp is already one years old using ...
