It's a paging horn driver. With its phenolic diaphragm it starts rolling off at 2Khz and is 20dB down at 5Khz. Might be OK for a siren application.
The 740 and 750 with their Nomex formers are OK, I would not buy the 440 or 450 with the Kapton formers (I've had troubles with them).

Glue problems.
When temperature changes cause condensation the glue disolves and the Kapton coil former falls off the titanium dome.
They switched to Nomex on the larger drivers and they are fine.
The primary use of these 440/450 was portable sound and the frequent changes in temperature caused the failures. They would work fine at the end of the night. You would load them into the van, and at the next job there would be no sound.
