I´m trying to find the lcd panel datasheet as well. But don´t know how. The 1.8" lcd I got is from LILLIPUT. But it could be NEWISION , OSLON as well they are al the same. Thanks for your help Grot !
Those manufacturers don´t do the panels, they bay it from third party and they just ensamble them i guess. It would be hard to find the exact lcd documentation. If you have something, let me know inmidiately please.

I did manage to find a "made in China" website with various Lilliput products. The page there for their 212GL-20NP claimed that the LCD was made by Sony. Then I looked at sony's website to see what LCDs they make:

If they made yours, it is not in the ones listed there. Could be an obsolete model though. Look at some of the ones with the right screen size and see if they look like yours. The page that claimed it was a Sony LCD might be obsolete. Maybe they got a better price form another manufacturer at a later date.

Best bet is to look at the whole panel under the microscope to see if you can find a part number or a company logo. I know some chip companies I have worked for put the logo right in the top metal layer. Or maybe you could just ask Lilliput which module they used?

I got it. Althought it is not lilliput named but i guess it is the exact lcd they use.

Ok, then according to that, the 2.5" has more dots. They list them as being the same on ebay??? And that is what some list it as 112,320
Ok, so here is a question. Let's say I have the 5.6" screen, and that puts me at 224,640 dots. (I really do have this screen) I have the projection right at 45" diag. Now, with the same size of screen door, how do you figure out how much smaller to make the projection with the 2.5" and then the 1.8" to get the same size pixel shown up on the projection. I am happy with my projection, but I'm doing another projector, and I want to get either the 2.5 or 1.8 At what size going larger/smaller, does the pixel double etc. Meaning, If I run a 2.5" and it is half the dot ratio as the 5.6", then do I run a 35" screen for it to look exactly the same? 40" etc.
