My guess is that if one buy the 2060 or 2080, you get both driver and adapter. RCF use the same system with some of their 1.4 and 2.0 drivers...

Problem is that Toutepaleur writes that it fits drivers, atarting with ND, but they do not mention the NSD drivers.
I just fear that i.e. exit angle is different.
Somewhere, I read that exit angle for NSD1480N is 10 degrees, but it seems impossible to find the exit angle for the ND1460/1480.

Sorry, sloppy reading from me! Although I doubt they would change the tooling for the NSD version. I would send a question directly to manufacturer and clarify the question to the Tout's ;o)
It fits, there is no critical dimensional difference between a ND1480 and a NSD1480, the extrenal dimensions, front face, mounting holes and throat/ exit angles are identical.
And you will basically have a NSD2080 , which Eighteensound does not sell from the factory 🙂
The ND2080 is a 1480 with the adapter.
It also fits the 1460 series, with "lower quality" magnets making the ND2060.
And the one below, fits all the ND3's.

Eighteensound just conformed that it work, however, I need the version ending on 00000, not 00004.
Both versions are available at Toutepaleur.

Yes i am aware, i did not include the link to the 00000, as you already found it in your first post.
As i wrote above the 00004 fits all the ND3 range🙂
For whoever searches in the future wanting to make a 2" ND3N or similar.
It's also listed to fit the ND3ST and not the rest of them. Sorry for any confusion.
