All the partecipats should have received their payment instructions by now. If you didn't it means I never got your initial email or I screwed up somewhere along the line. If so, I should be made aware of that IMMEDIATELY.

I have received only a couple of late requests which I will accomodate. I was trying to avoid getting carpet-bombed by late requests which didn't happen.
As such, if someone missed the deadline and absolutely wants to get in send me an email TODAY or TOMORROW at the latest.

Hi all, as of today I have received 1/3 of the payments, if the trend continues I should be able to place the order by the next wed-thur.
I have sent emails to confirm that I received the payment, since something in my yahoo accnt/browser is not working properly you may have gotten multiple emails, my apologies. :cubehead:

UPDATE

as of today I have received 2/3 of the payments and I have been notified by quite a few outstanding that the payment was been sent out.
Anyway, we seem to be right on schedule.
A few members haven't confirmed, yet. I invite you to please let me know what's happening ASAP.

Just a reminder that the deadline for payment receipt is tomorrow. If for any reason you haven't sent out the payment yet I suggest you let me know immediately or your order will be cancelled.

There are 10 payments still outstanding which amount to over 650 dollares. I have special arrangments with a few people but I must absolutely hear from four members. As such the order won't be placed until monday.

All but four people that have sworn on the life of their first born child have sent the payment (yes Jazzy, I got your WU, thank you). As such I have decided to plece the order. I have requests for 1837 resistors, 1850 resistors have been ordered, so there are a few extra, just in case. They should be here in four weeks max. It will take me a night to pack them and send them out priority mail.
Payments have not been cashed, they will be tomorrow.

Thank you for your partecipation and a fun weekend! 😉

On this side everything is ready, all evelopes have been addressed and all so the resistors will be mailed within 24hrs from the time I receive them.

Update:att'n:

the resistors finally arrived today. When I placed the order I was offered a packaging option in bags of 50, of course the resistors arrived in bags of 200 that varied between 195 and 205. Bottom line, I had to count them all!!! No matter, it took me the past 3 hrs to sort them and they are now all packed and ready to go. Hopefully there will be little or no counting mistakes. They will probably go out friday. Someone has asked me for invoices which will need to be produced and thursday is my big meeting day at work.

All US order have been shipped as promised. I just finished filling in a bunch of custom declarations so all international orders will go out before noon EST tomorrow.

Given the nature of the USPS office in the City of Malden MA, I won't rest until all envleopes reach their rightful owners, so keep me posted. :xfingers:

All international orders have shipped. I apologize in advance because contrary to the US shipment that was done using Priority Mail, the international orders have been sent using regular airmail. It turns out that some guy at the Malden USPS office made me go home last night to fill the custom declaration for nothing, and gave me the wrong price for the wrong envelope size. The size for the budgeted Global Priority envelope was too small to fit my 8.5 X 11, or for that matter, any other standard size bubble wrap envelopes. So it would have meant a further delay to unpack, repackage reprint all the addresses or pay over twice the price for the big envelope. I just figured the 3 days difference between Priority and air mail will be more than compensated by sending the goods out today instead of sometimes next week.

Let's see how everything arrives then I may refund some extra shipping.
