and same in bottom row,
must be equal

Better ask the manufacturer as it seems confusing. Logic says 0 to 0 and 120 to 120 but it is Audio Note and if it is a DIY kit certainly be careful. Probably you need to use one of the fuse holders for 120V too. The wire instead of a fuse/fuse holder is also a bit worrying. Please note that the fuse value is dependent on mains voltage. Make sure it has a fuse in the mains circuit for your safety.

Thank you all. I will write to AudioNote and get it confirmed. Logic said for parallel 0 to 0 and then 120 to 120. I will check with multimeter on continuity to confirm the connections to L and N.
