If anyone here has heard them both or maybe even own them both which of these two subwoofers you think is better and why. I am trying to decide on which of the two to build.
Music and home theater and yeah I know they don't go much below 20hz . It doesn't matter to me. I've read most commercial theater don't go below 30hz either and I enjoy the theater. Besides I live for more than 20 years with Definitive Technology BP2002TL with powered sub that don't go below 30hz and I was happy.

I don't know the reason but the plans had not been available for a while and now the whole site is gone. He said that eventually he would find another place to place the plans but said he did not know when it would happen.
I looked through the whole thread and the plans are not there. He has some build pictures but they not detailed enough for one to copy what they did. He also posted some very basic sketch and also obviously references that the plans are available at his now defunct site.If you do a search in this section for
Ricci's Skhorn Subwoofer you may find what you need
For home use I'd pick the FLH for its inherent driver distortion-reducing characteristic. Have you considered the lilmike Cinema F-20?
So I can't actually edit my post because I just noticed that my autocorrect wrote something in Spanish. Anyway what I meant to say was that it doesn't matter because I think the skhorn is too big.Por eso que ha ido skhorn it's actually too big for my liking.
Which is the FLH I've never heard of it. As far as the F-20 I thought about it but the othorn is much more powerful especially with music I want my place to sound as if I'm in a club when I bang music up.
Well if you look at the title of the thread the TubaHt is the other sub I am considering along with the Othorn. I even bought the plans for the TubaHt already. I just want to make sure that I get the best subwoofer out of the two.
FYI/FWIW, etc., for those folks wanting to get the most out of what's available, BDs go as low as < 5 Hz in room as of 2023 last entry, though a real bummer that over time the listings weren't kept up to date re clickable link searches.Music and home theater and yeah I know they don't go much below 20hz .

Yes I do know that there are some movies thst can go down as far as 5hz. What I meant above was that those subwoofers did not go below 20 hz. And I've been living with subwoofers that don't go below 30 hz and have been happy so since I have never experienced 10 or 5 hz it doesn't bother me
