Fosgate T10001BD

Does anyone know a good part number for D11? It's marked 5A but when I search it I get mixed results. I've already replaced:

Q207-Q210 (IRFP3415) Shorted

C31,C33,C35,C36,39 (330uF 63v) Open

C23,C25 (4700uF 80v) Out of tolerance

D23 (Blue LED) Open

While cleaning up from all that I noticed D11.

On the bench it appears to be okay but when I turn it up it starts turning on and off. I think I'm just not giving it enough power. I'm running 100hz with no clipping @ 4ohm and am getting a clean wave producing ~212w. The voltage meter on the power supply is out of calibration, it is producing 13.94v.

Just in case you need a laugh tonight. The reason my tutorial was about 15yrs outdated is because my girlfriend of 10yrs left me one day about 13yrs ago. She said "you spend too much time at work and then come home and mess with those damn amps". So I stopped. Now I live on 45 acres, land and house paid for cash, another 5 acres in west TX cash, 2 new trucks paid for cash. She's single, renting a house, two kids no father (I'm not the dad). HAHAHA

All I wanted was a hobby...
