Insulated cable standoffs for ground wire

Hey y'all.

I'm looking for an insulated standoff for a wire for a ground scheme for tube amps. The idea is to have a ring ground like structure where multiple connections are made to various single points, these points go to a twisted pair of 20AWG tinned copper wire and then there is one ground point near the input (like what Psionic Audio has suggested in his videos).

I'd like to be able to mount this twisted ground wire around the component board, and obviously not touch the chassis, so I need some sort of stand off that physically raises and holds the wire in place.

Something like this, but much smaller (obviously) and chassis mounted.

Any idea where I could get this/what it would be called? Thanks in advance!
 
These are sturdy, safe, have metal M4 thread at both sides for screw connections to both wire lugs and chassis, are insulated (appear not to be but they sure are) and often used in environments where stuff vibrates. Industry standard and used in industrial switch panels. A plastic wire clamp M4 or nylon/metal eye bolt M4 possibly secured with an M4 nut can be used to hold cabling/wiring together. Length is 15 mm, the hole is not continuous.

In short not suitable 🙂

These I found on Ebay and I've soldered my round bus to the forked ones.

I made these by soldering a few ground lugs together with a brass nut underneath. You could then mount to a nylon threaded standoff or use a standoff with a stud on one end and female threads on the other.

A lot of these are good solutions, but I cannot get it out of my head that I saw something very professional looking that was kind of like a raised p clip with a circular plastic insert in it for a wire to go through... I may be going fully mad though, so who's to say?

If mounting hardware is used and works OK in certified electrotechnical installations it will work OK in DIY stuff. For some reason some builders search for solutions that have yet to be invented it seems 🙂

Metal chassis are to be recommended for safety and to shield against today's RF all around you. A 3.3 mm drill and M4 thread tap are then necessary. Of course the chassis is connected to the PE pin of the IEC inlet.
