This amp was not output.I see rail voltage on the outputs. The op-amps also have supply voltage.
I don’t see no oscillation on the output FETs.
Any suggestions?

If you drive a strong signal into it, do you see that audio on one of the rear pins of the BD driver board?
What's the DCV on pin 8 of the 5110 driver ICs?
Do you see oscillation on pins 2 and 4 of the 5110 driver ICs?

I see audio on three of the rear pins
5110 supply voltage 7.5v using main ground
There is no osicillation the pin 2 and 4

I was talking about getting audio on the BD card rear pins.
Voltage on the regulators are close to the ones on the picture.

Audio on 3 pins makes it look like there may be a problem with a ground. Which pis have audio?
Any pulses on Q200 or Q201?
Do you have a FLIR imager or freeze spray (canned air, component cooler)?
Is the driver board a BD or a BDCP?

The two make in red have audio but not as strong as pin 1.
No pulses on these transistors.
It’s a BD board.
I have a can electronic cleaner that I can invert.

Freeze all of the ICs on the BD board and after they turn frosty, power up the amp while watching for components to defrost. Do any defrost really quickly?
