I have a DCA75, but with more current and higher measuring voltage the device reaches its limits. What alternatives are there to be able to measure larger transistors? E.g. Ib is stated between 1-8ma and up to 60V in the data sheets, but the DCA75 can only measure uA and up to 12V.
There are some Tektronix options, but be prepared to spend some decent money. I have used it yet as I am still waiting to receive it, but there is a guy out of Thailand selling these curve tracer kits. It tests higher, up to 2.24 mA I believe. I’d like to find a kit like this that will do higher voltages.

But no fets? Meaning it won’t measure fets? I’ll have to check that once I get it. I hadn’t thought about fets. I have a pair of DCA75s as well, but I use a small jig for matching my fets.

Carsten, nice link and thanks for the PCBs
