Voted Scan Speak and Purifi, and would give a vote to Wavecor.
I have no idea, I've just got experience with 2 of the brands, would be cool to be able to see results without casting a vote!
What does "best" means?
Best budget?
Best finish?
Best low-end?
Best mid-range?
Best looks?
Best price-performance ratio?
Best way to empty your wallet?
Best way for easy filtering?
Best way to acquire?
Best to be able to buy in the next couple of decades?

What is the application? What is the budget? What design does it need to fit into?
How do you define better? With so many compromises built-into any hifi component…

The Best ? Without any other criteria, I'll mention MONACOR...
Cheap, reliable, consistent specs, I used Monacor speakers on two of my DIY enclosures :
4" SP-100/8 :
7" SPH-170/8 :

Magico mids are Morel TSCM with Magico cones attached.
I would agree with a "best for what?" clarifier.

My goal was to build a speaker that could achieve 0.1% THD at modest listening levels. Because many brands simply do not publish the distortion sweeps for their drivers we are left to buy, test and return many of these. I did just that on several of these five years ago. At the time the Seas was the winner, with the Dayton reference a close second at a much reduced price. Oddly the ScanSpeak illuminator did not fair well on the sample I bought despite the high price and beautiful build quality. I have not yet purchased a Purify driver, but they actually publish specs that are amazing. The HiVi were the worst and seem to be built to just look nice. There was a Chinese made knockoff of the Illuminator that was also pretty poor.
Max 10 brands.
Best performance.
Low distorsion.

your bank and your ears will not be disapointed for the ScanSpeak Ellipticor line.
Can you be more specific please?
Measured TSP can deviate from data sheet but if simulated have not much effect on total response ... have you meas in cold environment? Or driver lying on the back with pole vent closed?
