Automatic Volume control for online TV 📺 commercials.

Today I run across streaming channels where they increase the volume on commercials ant thing on the market or schematic to stop 🛑 this from happening

However, I've no experience of how to set up such a device.

This could be accomplished with an 'over-the-top' compresser-expander: low volume is expanded, high volume compressed.
Need some adjustments and fine-tuning though.
I have my deadly remote control loaded and ready in my holster.

I did look in America it is on Amazon and Walmart but out of stock and do not like using Ebay

My HTPC (streaming TV) has this built in.
But , sometimes a very loud commercial will have a delay before compression kicks in.
Nothings perfect.
