I'd suggest SD101, BAT81, or BAT83. It all depends on the circuit schematic which you did not provide. A wild azz guess based on zero information, is that (Vfwd @ 1mA) might easily be the performance requirement which matters most.
On the other hand if it's an RF detector then 1N5711 might be better.
