Please check the pictures of waveform at the outer pin and center pin of main rectifiers. Why is there plenty ringing and center pin also has square wave with some ringing. What could be the fault. I seeing same ringing on output waveform also.

Which terminals go to the rectifiers?
47 ohms primary ground to shield ground with nothing plugged into the RCA jacks?

For the top rectifier, the output (center terminal) goes to a rail cap. The other terminal of that cap should be the secondary ground. Confirm that it connects to the non-bridging speaker terminals.
With your scope, confirm that there is no signal/waveform/voltage on those terminal (other than noise).

The two output speaker terminals are directly connected to the two output inductor coils. No ground in speaker terminals all terminals will have audio out.
Those are the non-bridging speaker terminals. They don't connect to the output inductors, do they?
It's not like the following amp?

Oh I am sorry. It is HCCA 25001 is the model. I got two amps and my mind was on different name. I am very sorry.
From post 9:

Is that the positive or negative terminal of that rail capacitor?
