Hypex FA502 fail to update and now stuck in boot mode

I try to update firmware on the hypex FA502 Plateamplifier. It seems that has withe the second attempt to switch in "boot mode" but it failed. HFD after that always failed to update again. Now the LED p1 blink green and the rest is steady green. After 15 Minutes i tried to reconnect but also failed. I submitted a mail to the support. Is there a chance to bring it back in "normal mode" Second any idea what has been going wrong?

I had the same problem. Try the older HFD4.97 Version.

You have tried to power it off and leave it for a few minutes, and the power on again?

I installed the older Version of HFD on my Laptop. Then you get back into the bootloader mode. And you can try again to install the new Fimware.
Disconnect the power till all LED´s are off, then connect the USB, power on the Hypex AMP.

I think simply installing the older firmware should work as well.

thank you all for your help, in the meantime i had contact with the hypex support and they told me to go back to HFD4.97 and this helpd.

you are back here…. i followed your speaker project with the Rd75 and the openbaffle woofer. I am building right now this ones
